Pick Mod Retrofit at low ceiling heights
Carte can retrofit automated picking into your pick mod racks supported on mezzanine shelves or at ground level. We can retrofit with minimal-to-no adjustments to your existing infrastructure. With the capacity to automate at low ceiling heights >6′, Carte enables you to increase your pick productivity at a fraction of the cost of other robotic solutions. Carte+ software integrates well with various WMS systems, allowing you to configure order orchestration and picking methodologies with ease.
Retrofit High Bay Racks
Carte+ can automate each/case picking from your high bay racks. Leveraging Carte+ grants you the ability to robotically access your racking locations without usage of heavy machinery such as, forklifts or stacker. cranes. The solution can go 40’+ in height with no maximum length constraint. Our software stack optimizes storage, retrieval and orchestration and seamlessly integrates with your existing automation systems.
Standalone Solutions
A Carte+ standalone solution can be set up to support each picking, batch, kitting, or returns. Our software allows you to configure the design for your D2C fulfillment and store replenishment needs. The solution is modular and scalable, giving you the option to start small and add to Carte as your volumes increase. Software-enabled extra picking walls can be enabled during peak season
With multi-tenant capabilities, Carte+ can also fulfill multiple brands in one system with the ability to configure different process flows for different tenant requirements. It also gives you the option to pick multi-brand orders to multi-orders totes within one Carte+ solution, saving you money and expediting Rol.
