PHYSICAL AI FOR REAL OPERATIONS

Automation That Adapts to Your Warehouse

Cartesian Kinetics builds Physical AI for fulfillment operations—combining intelligent software and rack-native robotics designed around the infrastructure and workflows companies already have.

ABOUT CARTESIAN KINETICS

Our approach begins with a simple premise: modernization should build on the operation already in place.

Automation should adapt to your operation—not the other way around.

Operators have already invested in facilities, racks, systems, workflows and people. We believe modernization should build on that foundation—not require them to start over.

01
Existing Operation

Start with what is already there.

Work within existing facilities, racks, systems, workflows and operating constraints instead of designing around a greenfield ideal.

02
Operational Reality

Design around how the operation actually works.

Adapt automation to real workflows, SKU profiles, people, systems and changing business requirements.

03
Adaptive Automation

Modernize progressively.

Apply intelligence and automation where they create the strongest value today, then expand as volume, priorities and opportunities evolve.

OUR PURPOSE

Reimagining How the Physical World Moves

We are building a future where advanced automation adapts to real operations—bringing greater intelligence, flexibility and scalability to the movement of physical goods.

Mission

Build automation around the operation that already exists.

Bring the speed, flexibility and intelligence of digital systems to physical operations—without requiring businesses to rebuild the infrastructure they already depend on.

Vision

Make intelligent automation adapt to the physical world.

Create a future where every operation can become more capable, responsive and scalable without having to start over.

HOW IT STARTED

Our Story

Cartesian Kinetics grew from a simple question about why operations should have to rebuild around automation instead of automation adapting to operational reality.

BUILT FOR OPERATIONAL REALITIES
Carte+ automation designed around existing operational infrastructure

Designed around the infrastructure, workflows and constraints operators face every day.

THE QUESTION THAT STARTED IT

Why can’t automation be built to fit the operation—not the other way around?

That question grew from more than 25 years of experience across industrial robotics, manufacturing automation and packaging systems—and from seeing the same disconnect repeatedly.

Automation technology was advancing rapidly, yet established facilities were still being asked to accommodate rigid systems designed around greenfield conditions. Existing racks, floors, workflows and operating constraints were often treated as obstacles rather than the starting point.

Cartesian Kinetics was created around a different idea: preserve what already works, design around operational reality, and create a practical path to intelligent automation that can evolve with the business.

HOW WE BUILD

Principles Built Around Real Operations

Our approach starts with the operation as it exists today. Every system is designed to preserve what already works, adapt to real-world constraints, validate performance and create a practical path to scalable automation.

Infrastructure

Preserve

Automate what already exists.

Enhance the racks, floors, systems and infrastructure operators already depend on rather than requiring them to rebuild from scratch.

Operations

Adapt

Design around real operations.

Account for space constraints, changing workflows, varied inventory and the realities of continuous operations.

Performance

Validate

Prove performance before deployment.

Use operational data and digital-twin modeling to test throughput, configuration and business impact before committing capital.

Growth

Scale

Expand without disruption.

Grow automation incrementally across workflows, aisles, facilities and networks while protecting business continuity.

Preserve what works. Adapt to reality. Prove the outcome. Scale with confidence.
